Did You Know What is Cancer? What Causes Cancer?

In our daily life we would often hear about the cancer, there may be friends, companions and also our brother who never had cancer, however, much remains unclear and understand what it was cancer.

It a Cell diseases
For a simple explanation, cancer is the class of diseases associated with cell, a group of cells that can not display its controlled growth (exceeding the normal limits), invasion (intrusion on and destruction of adjacent tissues), and sometimes metastasis (spread to other locations in the body via lymph or blood).

There are more than 100 different types of cancer, and each is classified by type of cell that was originally affected.Almost all types of cancer harm the body when the damaged cells to divide uncontrollably to form a lump or mass of tumor tissue (except in cases of leukemia where the cancer prohibit normal blood function with abnormal cell division in the bloodstream). Tumors can grow and interfere with the digestive system, nerves, and blood circulation, and they can release hormones that alter the function of the body. Tumors that stay in one place and shows limited growth of this type of cancer is generally considered benign.

Cancer cells would be extremely dangerous, or malignant, tumors formed when two things happen:
  • Cancer cells to successfully move the entire body using blood or lymphatic system, destroying healthy tissue in a process called invasion
  • Successful cells divide and grow, forming new blood vessels to feed themselves in a process called angiogenesis.

Leukemia is also clear in the above society as a result of intense exposure to low energy radiation. This may be due to electromagnetic fields, such as power lines and electrical appliances such as electric blankets.

Leukemia is known as a blood cancer. Statistics show us that the disease is commonly found in men, and the possibilities are greater in developed countries, and especially white adult people. In the U.S. alone, nearly 30,000 cases of adults and approximately 2,000 children each year are diagnosed with leukemia.

Leukemia is a form of cancer of blood cells. The main problem was in the bone marrow, this is kind of soft tissue found in most bones. Bone marrow is known as a most flexible tissue where blood cells are made. When human in good and healthy condition the bone marrow will continue produce:
  • White blood cells, that works to help human body fight infection.
  • Red blood cells, that works to carry oxygen to all parts of your body.
  • Platelets, work as the blood clot.

A major reason attributed to leukemia is exposure to high energy radiation. During World War 2 bomb explosions left an indelible mark on the areas exposed.

Leukemia is also clear in the above society as a result of intense exposure to low energy radiation. This may be due to electromagnetic fields, such as power lines and electrical appliances such as electric blankets.

Some toxic chemicals have also been identified can lead to leukemia. These include benzene and formaldehyde. It is also noted that if one is exposed to a number of chemotherapy drugs used to treat other forms of cancer, the probability of contact Leukemia is higher.

Some genetic conditions are also likely to make the development of leukemia. It has been said that cancer is reported in some families. This is due to genetics. Sometimes children who have Down's syndrome conditions have a higher chance of getting leukemia.

Research has not yet been done to the causes of leukemia. From research, women are more susceptible to cancer than women. Some firms have disease linked to supernatural causes. Although science is not about speculation and questions about alcohol, the disease continues to receive attention from researchers and it is likely that the mystery will soon be solved.
